Royal Smart Limousine (RSL), Dubai's premier luxury transportation provider, is seeking a talented UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital presence and user experience of a leading brand in the luxury transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and seamless user experiences that enhance RSL's digital platforms. Your duties will include:

1. User Interface Design

• Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for RSL's applications, websites, and internal systems.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with business goals and user needs.

2. User Experience Optimization

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and improve digital experiences.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented effectively.

3. Graphic Design

• Create high-quality graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and other promotional materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print assets.

4. Collaboration with Teams

• Work closely with marketing, operations, and IT teams to align design strategies with company objectives.
• Gather requirements and feedback to refine designs and ensure alignment with user needs.

5. Innovation & Creativity

• Stay updated on UI/UX and graphic design trends, implementing innovative ideas to keep RSL's digital presence cutting-edge.
• Suggest improvements to existing interfaces and propose new design concepts.

6. Tools & Technology

• Utilize design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms to create professional designs.
• Ensure compatibility and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.

7. Performance Analysis

• Analyze user engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of designs and suggest enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
• Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
