Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative

Senior UI/UX Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have more than five years of experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring our digital products to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for web and mobile applications, from concept to execution. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to improve user experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing teams, to ensure design consistency and functionality. Develop and maintain UI/UX design systems and style guides. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Optimize existing user interfaces and experiences based on analytics and user feedback. Work within an agile development framework, participating in sprint planning and reviews. Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science

, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience as a

UI/UX Designer

in web and mobile applications. Proficiency in

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator

, and other design tools. Strong understanding of

user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.

Experience with

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong visual design sense. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with

design systems

and

responsive design frameworks.

Familiarity with

motion graphics and animations

is a plus. Knowledge of

conversion rate optimization (CRO)

techniques. Experience in working with

Agile/Scrum methodologies.
