We are looking for a

UI/UX Designer

Requirements:

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience working in a digital agency servicing international clients.

Portfolio:

Applications must include links to a portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work. Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered.

Office Location:

Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai

Working Hours:

09:00 - 18:00 (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities

Design user-friendly, engaging, and aesthetically appealing interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital products. Conduct user research, analyze behavior, and develop personas to create user-centric designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs. Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across devices. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs. Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to improve user experience.

Qualifications

Experience:

3+ years working in a digital agency servicing international clients.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.

Design Skills:

Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and interaction design principles.

User-Centered Approach:

Experience with user research, usability testing, and accessibility best practices.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
