Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team at Direct Axis Technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. This role requires a user-centric mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development :
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• User Research :
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design and user experience.
• Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
• Branding and Consistency :
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand and design language across all products and platforms.
• Ensure designs align with the company's branding and visual identity guidelines.
• Trend Analysis :
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Continuously improve and innovate design processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience :
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech or software development environment.

Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or Marvel.
• Knowledge of design systems and pattern libraries.

Soft Skills :

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
