Support new project feasibility and business planning analysis as part of the approval process to internally sanction new projects.
Support the Development Department function in managing feasibilities and updating as and when required throughout the internal approval process.
Prepare Investment Committee recommendations for new projects or commercial transactions.
Participate in financial reporting to stakeholders, clients on corporate level cashflow requirement
Academic Qualifications and Experience
5-8 years of experience in real estate development/investment client or advisory side with knowledge across all real estate assets, investment underwriting and key return drivers across each asset class with awareness of local and regional trends
Familiar with large-scale projects of economic, urban and regional nature
Development and transactional experience preferably from client-side and good understanding of leasing, and asset management disciplines
Experience in feasibility for operated assets (i.e.leisure, entertainment and hospitality) preferable
Solid financial analysis skills with intermediate to advanced use of MS Excel and experience in Argus Developer or Estate Master
