Support the Real Estate Development unit by managing development activities from project initiation through execution and disposal of assets to the company or external parties. This includes overseeing internal and external stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and various other suppliers to ensure the projects strategy aligns with the desired outcomes and that key performance indicators, timelines, and budgets are met.
Contribute to defining and achieving departmental objectives in accordance with corporate strategy.
Assist with the creation and implementation of internal processes and standards (such as the Development Control Process) across all projects.
Assess departmental requirements and challenge them as necessary to ensure that the entire lifecycle of the project is considered at all points of decision-making.
Evaluate new investment and development opportunities and lead feasibility studies to support the companys decision-making.
Manage all project-related commercial activities, such as land sales, leasing & retail delivery, intellectual property agreements, and asset transfers.
Academic Qualifications and Experience
At least 10 years of experience in real estate development with expertise across various real estate assets and awareness of local and regional trends.
Familiarity with large-scale projects of economic, urban, and regional significance.
Development and transaction experience, preferably from the client side, with a solid understanding of leasing and asset management disciplines.
Strong financial analysis skills, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, as well as experience with Argus Developer or Estate Master.
A bachelors degree in a real estate-related field. Additional qualifications such as CFA, Masters, MBA, or MRICS are desirable.
