Key Account SpecialistPOSITION SUMMARYThe primary responsibility of the Key Account Specialist is to focus on listing products, maintaining content, achieving the sales, execution, ensuring BDA compliance, and collection. The Key Account Specialist is responsible to ensure full distribution and in parallel, align Nestl\xc3\xa9 strategy with eRetailers needs by developing mutual business opportunities. He/Her manages eRetailers financials (Credit notes, ageing report, disputes, collection, & statement of account) in a timely manner. Additionally planning & implementing trade plans, managing stock levels & rotation, ensuring orders and deliveries while building long term successful business relationships with eRetailers to become the preferred supplier.A DAY IN THE LIFE Responsible for the achievement of eRetailers sales target by categoryAchieve the set coverage, core distribution and visibility of the Nestl\xc3\xa9 products within the channel/ eRetailers, with accurate and relevant content.Collaboration:
Work closely with CDT team to understand eShopper profile / preferences and action all insights by customer.
Partner with CDT team to identify category growth opportunities.
Work with Supply chain to identify opportunities to manage orders and deliveries, and improve efficiency
Team up with Finance to drive initiatives to improve financial management (disputes, ageing report, and process)Reporting:
Monitor eRetailers business performance and jointly develop action plans to accelerate growth or to address any shortfalls.
Share monthly executions with pre and post evaluations and competitor activity
Share insights from shopper observations and eRetailers feedback
Execution:
Execute deployment plan for all new innovations and plans in line with category strategy online.
Work with CDT to drive initiatives using the Data Driven Mindset (sell out, shopper observation, etc.)
Execute eRetailers specific promotions in line with the category objectives and Business development needs
Ensure listing of new SKU's and the achievement of the POP objectives while managing eRetailers database
Financials:
Manage eRetailers financials (Balance confirmation - statement of account reconciliation)
Manage TTS spend through by using ROI & leveraging sellout data
On time credit note not processing, Statement of Account, and cheque collection
