Ensure all the warehouse KPI\'s are achieved as per the target. Acts as a team/floor leader and helps the team for performing their tasks correctly.What you will do:

• On-time processing and dispatch of orders with accordance to the cut-off timings
• Direct team members in performing their tasks correctly
• Conduct daily meeting to discuss issues related to warehouse activities with his team.
• Identify bins that need to be replenished and update system accordingly.
• Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues
• Lead the team in maintaining the cleanliness of workplace.
• Conduct customer claim investigation and submit analysis report time to time.
• Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe work environment

Required skills to be successful:

• Understands basic inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures.
• Able to work independently with some direction
• Capable of writing instructions and documented procedures
• Able to perform simple math operations

About The Team:The role will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and you will be working in a busy Parts Distribution Center located in Dubai Investment Park (DIP).What Equips You For The Role:

• Secondary School Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1-3 years in similar position preferred
