• You will begin your journey at L\'Or\xc3\xa9al by rotating in different positions, and even different divisions, for a total of max 18 months.
• After you have graduated from L\'Or\xc3\xa9al Lakom program, you will be transitioned into a permanent position in your area of expertise, where you will continue to grow and find your purpose within the group.
