What we're looking for: Memac Ogilvy is offering an exclusive Trainee Program designed for Emirati nationals who are passionate about pursuing a career in advertising and marketing. This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience and insight into the diverse facets of our business through rotational placements in different departments. To Succeed in This Role, You Need To:
Rotation through Business Units: Trainees will undergo a structured rotation program, spending two months in each of the following business units:
Strategy
Client Servicing
Public Relations (PR)
Social Media
Finance
Human Resources (People)
Learning and Development: During each rotation, trainees will work closely with experienced professionals, learning about the functions, processes, and responsibilities of each department. They will actively participate in projects, campaigns, and daily operations to gain practical knowledge and skills.
Shadowing and Mentorship: Trainees will have the opportunity to shadow senior staff members and receive mentorship to guide their learning and development journey. They will receive regular feedback and support to enhance their understanding and performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Trainees will engage in cross-functional collaboration sessions, workshops, and team-building activities to foster teamwork, communication, and networking across different departments.
Final Department Selection: At the end of the program, trainees will have the opportunity to choose their preferred department based on their interests, strengths, and career aspirations. Memac Ogilvy will provide guidance and support to facilitate the transition into their chosen role. Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
