Overview of the role:

We are looking for a UAE National Technical Operations Executive to join our Technical Service Operations Department (TSOD). The ideal candidate will be familiar with Automotive Aftersales IT applications and business needs, with a keen interest in Automotive Distributor Aftersales and technical matters from an IT perspective. The role requires extensive experience in IT and systems development, including SAP, AS400, web-based applications, and MIS1.




What you will do:


• Become the subject matter expert for all TSOD IT systems and applications, serving as the primary interface to EIT.
• Develop and maintain Branch Network support of technical services and product knowledge3.
• Manage the Technical Experience Contact Center (TECC) and continuously review the program4.
• Provide lateral support to TOYOTA / LEXUS Customer Relations staff for TSOD systems issues as needed5.
• Continuously groom the TCM DB for valid repair instances to be purposed as known good fixes for rapid repair advice to Branch6.






Required skills to be successful:


• Professional training or experience in IT or Computer Technology.
• College or University graduate or 3 years in a professional automotive Aftersales operation or OEM environment.
• Basic knowledge of automotive on-board diagnostic scan tools for software and firmware updates.
• Excellent technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
• UAE National with family book






About the team:

You will be part of the Technical Support Group within the Technical Service Operations Department, working closely with various departments to support technical activities and day-to-day business operations.




What equips you for the role:


• Diploma or University Degree in a relevant IT field
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in the complete MS Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
• A valid Driver's License
• An interest in Distributor Automotive Aftersales IT systems and business
• Highly flexible, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
