REQUIREMENTS
UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, with a strong track record of successful candidate placements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with setting up and using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
Knowledge of labour laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
