Support the Government Relations and Sustainability Manager in monitoring legislative and regulatory developments at local, regional, and national levels.
Represent Nestle at industry events, conferences, and public forums to ensure Nestl\xc3\xa9 is a proactive participant in all government stakeholder engagements.
Assist in the development of advocacy strategies to influence policy decisions in alignment with organizational goals and values.
Conduct research on relevant policy issues, trends, and best practices in sustainability and government relations.
Assist in preparing briefing materials, policy position papers, and advocacy documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Help coordinate meetings, events, and outreach activities with government officials, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate government relations and sustainability considerations into business operations, projects, and initiatives.
Stay informed about emerging trends, standards, and best practices in corporate sustainability and government relations.
What will make you successful
Strong public and corporate affairs track-record (2 to 3 years minimum)
Good understanding of national regulations, policies and direction
Deep understanding of influence networks and channel strategies
Experience of media relations management or communication
Bachelor's Degree holder
Strong language skills in English and Arabic
Experience of working in non-profit organizations would be desirable"
