Receive and Review Claims: Handle incoming motor claim notifications from various channels and assist clients with the required details.
Investigation and Documentation: Understand the claim, review relevant documents, and report to the insurer.
Policy and Coverage Analysis: Analyze policies to determine coverage limits, exclusions, and liabilities.
Communication: Keep clear communication with clients, insurers, and all involved parties, providing regular updates.
Claims Processing: Process claims as per SOPs, coordinating with insurers and relevant parties for settlements.
Negotiation and Settlement: Negotiate fair settlements on behalf of clients within established guidelines.
Documentation and Reporting: Record claims, update statuses, and prepare reports for management.
Compliance: Follow industry regulations and ensure ethical handling of claims.
Customer Service: Provide excellent support throughout the claims process, addressing concerns promptly.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and participate in training for better claim handling.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2 years of relevant work experience.
UAE work experience in motor claims handling or related field.
Strong understanding of insurance policies, terms, and coverage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure & handle large volumes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Customer-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills
