PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To helps to promote a company's products, services, and image and to develop an efficient image by interacting with consumers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Receive customers at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and directing Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers Familiarizing with the Bedashings mission, vision, and goals. Always maintaining a positive image of the brand. Build rapport and good relationships with potential customers Track customers preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS 1. Education High school or equivalent Vocational training certificate 2. Skills Passionate about customer service Able to speak and write Arabic & English Good communication and people skills, including good listening skills Good Work Habits and discipline Attention to Detail Good team player but can work independently Excellent Personal Grooming Computer literate (word & excel) Able to operate POS Multi-tasking Good phone skills Customer service knowledge Solid services & products knowledge Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
