The role holder is also responsible for ensuring that the store assets are fully functional and maintained regularly as per the standard set by the company while being in line with the country standards and regulations.Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Maintenance Planning
\xc2\xb7 Prepare, schedule and report all maintenance activities in coordination with the store and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation
\xc2\xb7 Prepare team schedule to execute operation requirements on time
\xc2\xb7 Plan store assets periodical inspection in line with annual maintenance plans and agreement terms
\xc2\xb7 Prepare maintenance operating expenses & critical maintenance requirements for the management in coordination with the Finance team
\xc2\xb7 Prepare the store assets annual preventive maintenance plan and share with the function manager
\xc2\xb7 Implement energy reduction initiatives regularly and frequently
Maintenance Execution
\xc2\xb7 Liaises with vendors and suppliers regarding any maintenance activities which cannot be performed by the store team or country facilities team to ensure that the work is delivered as per the requirements and the agreed timeline
\xc2\xb7 Report any issues related to contractor\'s performance for timely resolution and continuous improvements
\xc2\xb7 Manage the stock of maintenance consumables and critical spare parts to ensure its availability at all times
\xc2\xb7 Respond to incidents in a timely manner and take appropriate actions in case of emergencies when needed
\xc2\xb7 Distribute daily maintenance tasks across the reporting team in line with employee capabilities and knowledge
\xc2\xb7 Follow up with the facilities team the execution of preventive maintenance planning
Maintenance Communication
\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all documents related to maintenance and equipment activities are documented and updated as per internal guidelines
\xc2\xb7 Review, analyse and submit reports to management while recommending areas for improvement when required
Human Capital Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Assist in implementation of the performance management process by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and provide constructive feedback and provide inputs to senior management
\xc2\xb7 Provide mentorship for the purpose of developing a continuous talent pipeline for key roles
\xc2\xb7 Provide inputs on training needs and coordinate with the HC department to ensure facilitation of training requirements
\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement on the job-training for the team
\xc2\xb7 Provide inputs for the development of annual manpower plan
\xc2\xb7 Store asset maintenance preventive plan execution and compliance as scheduled
\xc2\xb7 Number of end-user complaints
\xc2\xb7 Store image and appearance
\xc2\xb7 Monitor asset warranty and report any malfunction of assets during the warranty period
\xc2\xb7 Report the supplier or service provider service level feedback
\xc2\xb7 Respect critical maintenance and operating maintenance budgetOther Context (if applicable):
\xc2\xb7 On call 24/7 for emergency response and take appropriate initiatives in case of emergencies if and when needed

Qualification, Experience & Skills:
Minimum Qualifications/education
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic knowledge is preferable
Minimum experience
\xc2\xb7 5+ years relevant experience in the area of Facility Management and Maintenance
