The Enforcement Director will ensure compliance, enforcement, and integrity in the virtual asset industry.

Collaborate with Licensing and Supervision teams to review Virtual Asset Service Providers for regulatory compliance, assessing breaches of rule books and guidelines.
Provide training on regulatory standards, breach identification, and enforcement outcomes to ensure consistency.
Track ongoing investigations, recommend enforcement actions, and maintain a database of enforcement measures.
Address and resolve grievances and appeals resulting from enforcement actions, following regulatory guidelines and due process.
Monitor trends in Virtual Asset activity, identifying potential breaches and emerging risks, and tracking global enforcement actions.

UAE National with Family Book.
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
8+ years proven experience in compliance and enforcement roles within the financial services sector or regulatory bodies.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the virtual asset industry within the UAE and internationally.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex data and identify patterns or potential breaches in virtual asset activities.
Commitment to ethical conduct and adherence to regulatory guidelines and standards.
