Job Responsibilities:
• Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
• Establishes entry priorities.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and eliminate duplication of data.
• Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to colleague for resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize information.
• Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times.
• Perform general office tasks, special projects and other duties as requested or required from time to time.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• High school graduate or higher educational background
• Preferably UAE National
• Proficient in Arabic and English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and complete tasks within specified timelines.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
