You will report to the EX Director and work closely with the EX Team, Finance, departmental management and team members across the organization. This role requires collaboration with both internal and external parties and reports in person to LATROs Dubai, UAE office.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESIncluding but not limited to:

• Recruiting
• Employment Offer & Contract Management
• Onboarding (including working with PRO on employee visa support)
• Benefits Administration
• Employee Engagement
• HR Policy Maintenance
• Offboarding
• Employee Relations Serve as first-line support for UAE personnel EX-related questions
• Labor Law Compliance Serve as trusted UAE advisor to the EX Director
• Personnel File Management
