You will deliver the UAE strategic growth and retention plan to achieve a profitable and sustainable UAE portfolio to complement the global Bupa portfolio.Key duties:Set the overall strategic plan to deliver on pricing and retention key performance metrics in the UAEDevise, lead and drive the new business distribution strategyDrive the commercial change agendaPartner with Pricing & Underwriting teams to optimise proposalsCompetitor reviews to drive competitive advantageImprove procedures for quotes, sale and underwritingLead and support on UAE partner relations activitiesDevelop sales culture aligned to Bupa\xe2\x80\x99s valuesLead and motivate teamKey Skills/Qualifications needed for this role:Senior commercial leader with global health insurance experienceUAE / Middle-East market regulations knowledge and demonstrable awareness of current trendsBusiness development process expertise; including pricing, risk, marketing, product development and legalExperience of successfully working with senior (c-level) executives and a track record of achieving KPIs in international marketsStrong track record of leveraging local client and broker relationshipsExcellent analysis, problem-solving and negotiation skillsBenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
