Job Summary:

The HR Typing Service Specialist is responsible for assisting in the preparation and submission of HR-related documentation to various government entities in the UAE, ensuring that all processes are compliant with local labour laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Typing and submitting various documents related to labour and immigration processes, including but not limited to visas, work permits, residency applications, Emirates IDs, and labour cards. Ensuring all HR-related documents are prepared accurately and in a timely manner. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UAE labour laws and immigration regulations to ensure compliance. Coordinating with government departments and external vendors for the submission and tracking of documentation. Managing employee files, including labour contracts, insurance documents, and other essential records. Responding to inquiries from employees and external agencies regarding HR services. Assisting with other HR administrative duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in HR administration or typing services in the UAE. Knowledge of UAE labour law and government procedures related to HR documentation. Strong typing and data entry skills, with high accuracy. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working with HR or government documentation in the UAE. Familiarity with HR software and document management systems. Preferred fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
