1 Year Experience in the field is mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for handling original client documents and ensuring their safekeeping.

Typing the client's information into the system for visa processing.

Handling high traffic of clients for visa and document processing.

Preparing Invoices for clients and forwarding them to the operations and finance department for client payments.

Ensuring a polite demeanour with the clients while handling their requests or concerns.

Should be flexible with occasional extended working hours.

Experience required:

Prior experience of UAE Government related document processing is a must.

Must have complete knowledge of the Ministry of Labour and Immigration systems of UAE.

Must have experience in Emirates ID typing.

Must be able to read and type Arabic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• MOHRE & GDRFA: 1 year (Preferred)
