Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Typist to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accurate and efficient typing services, including data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately type and format documents, correspondence, and reports.
• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage and organize electronic and hard copy files.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely completion of typing and data entry tasks.
• Have experience in Hayaza typing.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a typist or data entry clerk, preferably with experience in Hayaza typing.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
