Join our dynamic team in Sharjah! We are seeking a skilled Typist to join our growing center and provide exceptional typing and document processing services to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently type and format documents, including legal, administrative, and government forms, including but not limited MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, MOI, MOJ, RTA, SHJ MUN, DARB etc.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all typed documents.
Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries and assisting with document submissions.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all client information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the center.
Requirements:
Must have knowledge of ICP, MOHRE TasheelWeb, MOI, GDRFA, RTA, SHJ MUN.
Proficiency in typing in both English and Arabic languages.
Knowledge of legal and government documentation processes is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in a typing center or similar role is preferred.
