Responsibilities:

Power of Attorney Typing: Expertly type and format Power of Attorney documents, ensuring precision and compliance with legal standards.
Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of typists, ensuring optimal workflow, maximizing efficiency, and meeting targets on time.
Task Distribution: Accurately distribute tasks among typists, considering individual strengths and workload.
Reporting: Prepare and submit daily task reports and transactions, keeping management informed of progress and challenges.
Legal Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of UAE labor and immigration laws.
Portal Expertise: Proficiency in using UAE Labor and Immigration portals such as Tasheel, GDRFA, Echannel, Medical, and Emirates ID.

Qualifications:

Typing Skills: Exceptional typing speed and accuracy, with a focus on legal document preparation, especially Power of Attorney.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and supervise a team, ensuring maximum efficiency and meeting targets.
Task Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to distribute tasks accurately among team members.
Reporting Skills: Ability to prepare and submit detailed daily task reports and transactions.
Legal Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
Portal Proficiency: Familiarity and hands-on experience with UAE Labor and Immigration portals (Tasheel, GDRFA, Echannel, Medical, Emirates ID).

Requirements:

Proven experience in legal typing with leadership and supervision responsibilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for document typing and management.
Familiarity with UAE labor and immigration laws and corresponding portals, can speak and Typing English & Arabic is Must.
