Role Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Typist cum HR Assistant to support our HR department with administrative and typing tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and type official documents for government-related services.

Process visa applications, labor contracts, and other necessary paperwork.

Ensure that all forms and documents comply with Dubai government regulations.

Verify and input accurate information into government portals.

Coordinate with other departments and government authorities when necessary.

Maintain confidentiality and secure the information of the company.

Requirements:

Proficiency in typing in English.

Familiarity with UAE government procedures and services.

Experience in using online government portals (e.g., GDRFA, MOHRE, ICA).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Typing and Documentation:

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for HR documents.

HR Administrative Support:

General Administrative Duties:

• Manage related to HR functions.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and HR events.
• Handle general office correspondence and communication.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a typist or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 50-60 WPM).
• Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with Mohre,GDRFA System.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processes.
• Must Have UAE Family Book.
• Previous experience in a typing center or similar role is preferred.
