We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Typist and Administrative Public Relations Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent typing and administrative skills.Responsibilities: * Prepare and type official documents, reports, and correspondence.
Manage and update databases and filing systems.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of press releases and other public relations materials.
Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
Provide administrative support to the Public Relations team.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with event planning and coordination.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Candidate: * Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and editing abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in public relations or a related field is a plus.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
