Faimy Amar & Co. Legal Consultants is seeking a dedicated Typist to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and excellent typing skills, with a
strong ability to handle legal documentation efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
? Accurately type legal documents, correspondence, contracts, and reports.
? Prepare and format legal documents according to established guidelines.
? Ensure all documents are grammatically correct, error-free, and properly formatted.
? Organize and maintain legal files, records, and databases.
? Assist legal staff with administrative tasks, including document scanning and filing.
? Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
? Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding documentation and legal
matters as required.
? Manage immigration work (ICP & GDRFA) for company and family complete visa
processes.
? Handle T as-heel-related tasks, including all labor works.
? Assist with MOI (Ministry of Interior) and traffic-related work, such as vehicle and
license matters.
Requirements:
? Minimum 1 year of experience as a typist, preferably in a legal or office environment.
? Proficiency in typing with high accuracy and speed.
? Familiarity with legal terminology and document formatting is an advantage.
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Good knowledge of UAE labor laws.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
? Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
