Our personalized approach and dedicated team ensure every student's unique needs are met for optimal growth and success.

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Center Coordinator who has worked in a similar setting before.

The ideal candidate will be able to welcome parents and students to the center, provide information and support to new and existing students, schedule students' lessons, plan and manage the schedules of the tutors and center director, track and maintain center maintenance, be responsible for maintaining the center's operational needs, all other tasks typically associated with front of house.

Qualifications and Key Requirements:

• ?Must already reside in Dubai
• Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience working in a tutoring/school/children activities setting
• ??Native, bilingual, or fluent English speaker.
• ?Some familiarity with the British, American, IB, or GCSE/A level curricula.
• ?Strong organizational skills and ability to keep track of tasks
• Strong working memory
• ??Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• ?Passion for education and student development
• ?Bachelor's degree in administration, Education, or related field.

Details:

• Working days: 5 days (1 day off on the weekend, 1 day off during the week as set by center needs)
• Visa and insurance
• 30 calendar days annual leave
• Working hours: 11am - 9:00pm weekdays, Weekend: 10am - 8pm
• Recruiting for center based in Dubailand
• AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
