Job Title: Turner with Pump Mechanic

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Turner with expertise in pump mechanics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating lathes, machining parts, and performing maintenance and repair of various types of pumps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate lathes and other machine tools to manufacture, repair, or modify machine parts.
• Inspect and repair various types of pumps, including centrifugal, submersible, and piston pumps.
• Diagnose mechanical faults in pumps and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Perform alignment of pump components and shafts using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce accurate parts and assemblies.
• Assemble, disassemble, and reassemble pump systems as per manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Turner and Pump Mechanic (minimum 1-3 years).
• Proficiency in operating lathe machines, and other workshop tools.
• Strong understanding of pump mechanics, hydraulics, and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a workshop environment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with welding and fabrication techniques.
• Experience in working with industrial water pumps or similar equipment.
• UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
