Description: Roles & Responsibilities · Resource should have good knowledge of Cards domain especially for TSYS Prime and Openway Way4 systems. · Technical Expert for TSYS Prime system with full knowledge of cards domain and payment schemes processing · Technical Expert for Openway Way4 system with full knowledge of cards domain and payment schemes processing · Lead system integration initiatives, overseeing the implementation of TSYS Prime features and functionalities. · Conduct thorough analysis of clients' payment processing needs to recommend tailored TSYS Prime solutions. · Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations. · Provide training and support to client staff on TSYS Prime system usage to ensure maximum efficiency Schedule: Full-time Travel: No
