Requirements:


. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.


. Minimum 5+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in the airline domain.


. Strong understanding of the airline industry, including inventory, pricing, booking, and payment concepts.


. Experience in manual testing of applications and software, with a focus on functional, regression, and integration testing.


. Exposure to API testing using tools like Postman or similar for manual validation.


. Familiarity with database testing, particularly with MongoDB and Oracle.


. Strong analytical skills to understand complex systems and troubleshoot issues.


. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design appropriate test cases for manual testing.


. Execute test cases manually and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.


. Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of defects.


. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.


. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies, specifically in manual testing.


. Stay up to date with emerging manual testing techniques and best practices in the software testing field.
