Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Product Analyst to join our dynamic team at flydubai. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and manage APIs that enhance our revenue streams, operational efficiency, and customer experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with airline reservation systems, strong expertise in API management, and excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:


. API Management & Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive API documentation, ensuring clarity for integration and internal knowledge sharing.


. Product Integration: Lead the integration of flydubai's reservation system with various third-party systems, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration.


. API Quality Assurance: Perform API testing using Postman to validate functionality, reliability, and performance, ensuring all APIs meet quality standards and business requirements prior to deployment.


. System Maintenance & Support: Work with development and operations teams to diagnose and resolve issues in production environments, with a focus on mission-critical systems such as offer and order management.


. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for system fixes, upgrades, and ongoing support, ensuring the timely resolution of production issues.


. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on product developments and resolving technical queries.


. Industry Awareness: Stay informed on the latest industry trends and innovations in airline and travel technology, proactively suggesting improvements for flydubai's systems.


Key Qualifications:


. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.


. Experience as a Technical Product Analyst or similar role, preferably within the airline industry.


. Strong experience in API management, and documentation, particularly using OpenAPI (SwaggerHub).


. Proficiency in using Postman for API testing, validation, and performance analysis.


. Knowledge of Splunk for system log analysis and issue identification.


. Experience with airline offer and order management systems is preferred but not mandatory.


. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


. Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


. Proven experience in vendor management and working with third-party service providers.
