Each and every member of the GBS family plays an integral role in driving ADCB's strategy, growth and digital evolution by working closely with our valued business partners to achieve exceptional customer experience through our outstanding service and support.We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Group Business Service team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities include:- Drive change, best practice and transformational improvements in development and support of digital products to ensure the skills, performance, tools and practices are meeting agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).- Oversee the overall IT solution design and delivery for multiple projects and implementation of multiple systems in order to provide good quality, cost effective, efficient and agile technology solutions to meet current and future business needs in a timely manner. Lead and develop project approvals, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), technical documents, procedures, transition plans in order to contribute to the development of detailed business cases. Oversee the financial performance versus the budget for multiple projects in order to understand the anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand business processes and technology requirements to ensure that integrated IT solutions provided match with the workflows and suggest changes/improvements to infrastructure or systems ensure the integration with the overall systems architecture. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of IT systems, processes and practices in order to take into account international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement. Engage with functional management on an ongoing basis, reviewing growth plans, demand and customer service levels to ensure that adequate resource and skills are allocated and assigned to individual projects, that standards of service are being maintained and that co-ordination and communication within the areas is effective, taking remedial action where necessary- Manage systems vendors and their onsite resources through the required stages of systems implementation and post implementation to ensure compliance against the agreed Service level Agreement (SLA). Develop or modify vendor SLAs as required in order to meet ADCB needs for sustainable service support, evaluate effectiveness and adequacy of support and take corrective measures.- Manage self and team in line with ADCBs people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance. Manage the effective achievement of the teams objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximise overall performance, engagement and motivation- Contribute to the preparation of the business areas budget and manage and monitor the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon- Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that ADCB delivers best-in-class services, products and innovation.- Identify opportunities to contribute to organisational and departmental change initiatives, programmes and projects taking into account best practice and standards in the business environment- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Banks required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.SkillsThe ideal candidate should have the following experience- Bachelors degree is a mandatory requirement - IT/Computer Science or equivalent.- A minimum of 8 years of experience in technology services with a Banking industry background, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity in creating or operating technology solutions- Project Management Professional (PMP)/ Prince 2 Certification or equivalent- Agile Certified- Cloud Certified- Experienced in Stakeholder Management- Practice Expertise in Chapter function- Commercial Acumen- Banking Domain knowledge
