Each and every member of the GBS family plays an integral role in driving ADCB\'s strategy, growth and digital evolution by working closely with our valued business partners to achieve exceptional customer experience through our outstanding service and support.We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Group Business Service team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities include:- Drive change, best practice and transformational improvements in development and support of digital products to ensure skills, performance, tools and practices are meeting agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).- Oversee the overall IT solution design and delivery for multiple projects and implementation of multiple systems to provide good quality, cost effective, efficient and agile technology solutions in order to meet current and future business needs in a timely manner. Lead and develop project approvals, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), technical documents, procedures, transition plans to ensure the contribution to the development of detailed business cases.- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand business processes and technology requirements to ensure that integrated IT solutions provided match with the work flows and suggest changes/improvements to infrastructure or systems ensuring the integration with the overall systems architecture. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of IT systems, processes and practices in order to take into account international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.- Manage systems vendors and their onsite resources through the required stages of systems implementation and post implementation to ensure compliance against the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Develop or modify vendor SLAs as required in order to meet ADCB needs for sustainable service support, evaluate effectiveness and adequacy of support and take corrective measures.- Manage self and team in line with ADCB\xe2\x80\x99s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance. Manage the effective achievement of the team\xe2\x80\x99s objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximise overall performance, engagement and motivation.- Contribute to the preparation of the business area\xe2\x80\x99s budget and manage and monitor the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.SkillsThe ideal candidate should have the following experience- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a mandatory requirement- A minimum of 8 years of experience inexperience in technology services with a Banking industry background, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity in creating or operating technology solutions.- Agile Certified- Cloud certified- Project Management Professional (PMP)/ Prince 2 Certification
