Job Description

The treasury Specialist main responsibility is to control that the company has the necessary financial resources to operate in optimal and efficient level. Also supervises the maintenance of internal control to safeguard assets and the integrity of the monetary system.

The main duties include:

-Keep relation with financial institutions

-Open new accounts and build new relations with financial parties to ensure business continuity.

-Cash flow forecast

- Perform risk management (liquidity, interest rates, ventures etc.)

- Arranging funds

- Arranging availability of currencies needed for the operations- Forex transactions

- Give Market view on currencies

- Negotiation with banks for currency trading and other instruments

- Control investing funds

- Ensure sufficient finance available for operating and other activities.

- Maintain relationships with credit rating agencies, bankers, and lenders

- Helps in making the finance-related decision to the organization

-Assume responsibility for cash management procedures and in general all treasury procedures in sync with organizational general procedures

-Responsible for Kyriba implementation project

-Lead and train Treasury team

-Key on compliance procedures and followup

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as treasurer or in a relevant financial role for more than 5years in International environments. Please do not apply without the relevant experience
• Commodity/Energy/ or other related experience is desirable
• Thorough knowledge of financial international legislation, regulation and practices
• Knowledge of monetary market, investment management and financing techniques
• Working knowledge of MS Office and financial management software (360 Business Central)
• Good with numbers and figures and detail oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated senority
• Well-organized, reliable, and transparent
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
• BSc/MSc in finance, accounting or relevant field or MBA
• English is mandatory other languages are a plus- Mandarin/Arabic/Spanish
