The Role
Guildhall is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Treasury & Payments Manager to oversee and optimize treasury operations, client fund management, reconciliation processes, and banking relationships. This role will focus on ensuring liquidity, accuracy in fund flows, and risk mitigation within a multi-currency, cross-border financial environment. xe2x80xa2 Execute daily fund sweeping across PSPs, acquiring banks, and settlement accounts. xe2x80xa2 Manage intercompany fund transfers between UAE and Saudi entities. xe2x80xa2 Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts for settlements. xe2x80xa2 Oversee reconciliation for multi-currency and cross-border transactions. xe2x80xa2 Manage fund flows for eWallets, cards, and acquiring banks while tracking TPV, MDR, and FX fluctuations. xe2x80xa2 Lead settlement reconciliation for Network International, Mada, and acquiring banks. xe2x80xa2 Investigate discrepancies related to chargebacks, abnormal transactions, and delays. xe2x80xa2 Build strong relationships with regional settlement and acquiring banks. xe2x80xa2 Address operational issues and optimize fund flows collaboratively. xe2x80xa2 Develop and implement controls to secure client funds and mitigate risks.Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in settlement reconciliation, multi-currency fund flows, and treasury operations within a PSP or acquiring bank environment. xe2x80xa2 In-depth understanding of ERP modules, eWallet reconciliation processes (e.g., STCPay, Mada), and payment gateway workflows. xe2x80xa2 Expertise in FX spreads, gain/loss tracking, and cross-border settlement workflows. xe2x80xa2 Proven ability to develop reconciliation reports, resolve complex discrepancies, and liaise effectively with external financial institutions. xe2x80xa2 Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a track record of driving operational improvements.
