The incumbent will be a key member of the BEEAH Capital team and will be working closely with and supporting the Director Treasury and Special projects in fundraising and investment banking activities. This role involves conducting financial analysis, creating complex financial models, performing risk assessments, and preparing pitch presentations and decks. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support valuations, financial forecasts, and transaction structures. Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess potential outcomes and impacts on financial projections. Analyze historical financial performance and market trends to provide actionable insights. Corporate & Project Finance: Assist in the structuring and execution of corporate and project finance transactions. Support due diligence efforts, including financial statement analysis, industry research, and benchmarking. Prepare and review financial documentation and presentations for internal and client meetings. Risk Analysis: Identify and assess key risks associated with investment opportunities and projects. Develop risk mitigation strategies and incorporate risk factors into financial models and projections. Monitor and report on financial and operational performance to ensure compliance with risk management guidelines. Pitch Preparation & Presentations: Prepare pitch presentations and marketing materials for client engagements, including decks and reports. Collaborate with senior team members to develop compelling narratives and strategies for client pitches. Conduct market and competitive analysis to support pitch materials and recommendations. Sector Expertise: Leverage experience in the utility sector to provide insights and recommendations relevant to utility-related transactions. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments affecting the utility sector. Qualification & Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) is preferable. Professional Experience: 5- 10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role. Proven experience and understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques. Experience or familiarity with the utility sector is highly desirable. Knowledge & Skills Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and modeling techniques. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing pitch decks and client materials. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
