• Cash flow forecasting and analysis and Treasury control and bank account reconciliation

• Support to the commercial controller and commercial and supply chain teams in

all matters and analysis related to AP/AR, customer, and supplier transactions.

• Ensure internal controls for transaction execution, follow-up, support & resolution

of customer and supplier invoice reconciliation and issues

• Internal JV postings from the GL to provide accurate accounting by cost centre

on all costs and overheads to enable variance analysis on different areas of thebusiness by the controlling team

• Full support to the month end accounting and reporting process and monthly

Balance Sheet reconciliation

• Design, review and execution of LCs and Bank Guarantees in order to optimize

working capital and cash flow plans Accounts Payable & Month End Closure

• Shareholder Loan Reporting

• FX policy compliance assessment and associated reporting

• Month end valuation and reconciliation of all derivatives

• Responsible for all accounting work necessary to insure accounts payable and

receivable is processed in a timely and efficient manner and accuratelyallocated by cost centre.

• Uphold and give assurance on correct internal controls and work flow sequences

• Resolve invoice and un-vouchered receipt discrepancies and Ensure invoices are coded to the correct general ledger codes

• Work to drive process improvements in other accounting operation functions as

assigned.

• Performing VAT balance sheet accounts analysis and reconciliation

• Supporting Finance Manager with the global VAT filings

• Processing and preparing VAT payments and returns and Determining VAT rates for new products and services.

• Managing VAT audits and queries with VAT authorities and Recommending tax strategies that align with business goals

• Promoting best practice for VAT treatment throughout the organization Customer Support/Management

• Strong collaboration with all departments (Commercial, Procurement, Logistics,

HR, Production)

• Support the commercial & purchasing teams with the maintenance of

customer/vendor recordsEDUCATION & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, economics or any related fields.

• Recognized accounting or treasury qualification is an advantage

JOB SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP or similar ERP system

• Proficiency with Word, Power Point & other standard business applications
