We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Administrative Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with banks, ensuring compliance, and responding to bank requests such as KYC (Know Your Customer). This role is essential in supporting our treasury operations and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing daily treasury operations, including cash management and bank reconciliations.
• Respond to bank inquiries and requests, including KYC and other compliance-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of bank communications and documentation.
• Support the treasury team in monitoring cash flow and forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to treasury activities.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the treasury department.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in treasury, banking, or finance-related roles.
• Strong understanding of KYC processes and compliance regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
