As Treasurer, your primary goal will be to safeguard the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial well-being, ensuring its long-term success. By implementing robust financial strategies and closely monitoring financial activities, you will play a key role in maintaining the organization\xe2\x80\x99s stability and fostering growth. Responsibilities
- Reviewing and safeguarding the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial status
- Drafting and presenting reports on the company\xe2\x80\x99s forecasted financial status
- Supervising investment and other fiscal projects, including acquisitions and refinancing
- Conducting risk assessments on various company projects
- Negotiating loan and overdraft terms with lenders and creditors
- Ensuring the organization invests only in projects beneficial in the short and long term
- Contributing to the formulation of financial strategies and policies
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and tax legislation
- Forecasting borrowing needs and available funds for investment
- Managing receipts, banking, and safeguarding company funds, securities, and financial products
