Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation
Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements and itinerary planning
Process reservations, issue tickets, and manage cancellations or changes
Stay updated with travel trends, airline policies, and special offers
Maintain strong customer relationships and handle inquiries efficiently
Work with travel booking systems and software
Requirements:
Previous experience in a travel agency or customer service role is a plus. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge of global travel destinations and airline booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Language: Bangla, English & Hindi Mandatory. Arabic will be a Plus.
