Established in 1986, the company has grown to become a major player in the international market, with operations in the United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.Job SummaryIIQAF is looking to hire a Travel Executive - Domestic Tours to help develop and execute our domestic tour packages for individuals and group travelers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel as well as a natural ability to deliver excellent customer service.Responsibilities:
- Develop and design short and long distance tour packages for domestic customers
- Assess requests from customers and develop tour plans and itineraries according to their requirements
- Pitch and negotiate deals with travel and hospitality partners
- Develop strategic partnerships to increase the company's reach
- Coordinate with internal staff for ticket bookings, tours and other related services
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints and concerns on time
- Oversee tour reporting and documentations such as financial reports and analysis
- Stay up to date on the latest tour destinations
- Proven working experience as a travel executive xe2x80x93 domestic tours
- Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of online reservations systems such as Travel Gates and ITX
- Good familiarity with the local, national and international travel trends
- Creativity and strategic ability to develop promotional campaigns to increase the customer base
- Knowledge of the Indian market
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Management, Tourism or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM
