Flight Ticket Booking Staff

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Flight Ticket Booking Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in using Amadeus and Sabre booking systems, knowledge of creating comprehensive tour packages, and preferably hold an IATA certification .

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight ticket reservations, modifications, and cancellations using Amadeus and Sabre.
• Provide excellent customer service while addressing clients' travel needs.
• Design and customize tour packages based on client preferences and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with IATA standards and guidelines during booking processes.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote tour packages and special offers.
• Manage and resolve booking-related queries efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in flight ticket booking using Amadeus and Sabre .
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic flight routes, pricing, and travel policies.
• Familiarity with creating and managing tour packages.
• IATA certification or equivalent training is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification or training in Amadeus and/or Sabre.
• Prior experience in a travel agency or similar role.
• Ability to multitask and handle booking tasks under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
