Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, booking, and managing travel itineraries for individuals and groups. As a Travel Consultant, you will provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, flights, and travel packages, ensuring clients have the best possible travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, book, and manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and tours.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options, and packages.
• Create customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
• Maintain client relationships and offer continuous support before, during, and after travel.
• Stay updated on travel trends and promotions.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a related role.
• In-depth knowledge of travel destinations and booking systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in the UAE travel market is preferable.
