: We are seeking an experienced Travel and Holiday Consultant with a proven track record in the UAE travel market. You will play a key role in providing expert travel advice, creating tailored itineraries, and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget, offering tailored holiday packages and travel options.
• Holiday Planning & Itinerary Design: Create customized itineraries based on client preferences, including booking flights, hotels, excursions, transfers, and other travel-related services.
• Provide Expert Advice: Advise clients on various destinations, visa requirements, weather conditions, local culture, activities, and attractions to help them make informed travel decisions.
• Bookings & Reservations: Manage the entire booking process, from securing flights and accommodations to organizing tours, activities, and car rentals.
• Customer Service: Respond promptly to client queries and concerns, providing support throughout the booking process and during their travels, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Up-selling & Cross-selling: Recommend and sell additional services such as travel insurance, upgrades, and excursions to enhance clients' travel experiences.
• Stay Updated on Travel Trends: Keep up-to-date with new destinations, promotions, travel regulations, and industry trends to provide clients with the latest information.
• Documentation & Payment Management: Handle all aspects of documentation (invoices, itineraries, tickets) and ensure clients receive all necessary travel details before departure.
• Handle Complaints & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or complaints before, during, or after travel to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a travel consultant, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of popular destinations, travel products, and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in booking systems and travel software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service.
