### Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Consultation: - Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients' travel preferences, needs, and budget. - Provide information on destinations, travel options, and accommodations. 2. Travel Planning: - Research and recommend destinations, transportation options, and accommodations. - Create customized itineraries, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities. - Book and confirm travel arrangements. 3. Customer Service: - Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person. - Provide pre-travel advice, including visa requirements, travel insurance, and health precautions. - Assist clients with any changes, cancellations, or travel-related issues. 4. Sales and Marketing: - Promote special travel deals, packages, and services to clients. - Cross-sell and upsell additional services, such as travel insurance and tours. - Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. 5. Administrative Duties: - Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information. - Prepare invoices and process payments. - Monitor and manage bookings to ensure compliance with travel regulations. 6. Industry Knowledge: - Stay updated on travel trends, destination news, and industry regulations. - Develop and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and vendors. ### Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in travel and tourism or a related field is preferred. - Experience: Previous experience as a travel consultant or in a related role is advantageous. - Skills: - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in travel booking systems and software. - Knowledge of geography and travel trends.
