Travel Planning: Understand clients' preferences and budget to create customized travel itineraries and recommend attractions, activities, and dining options.
Booking and Reservations: Research and book flights, hotels, and other travel services, securing the best rates and packages for clients.
Knowledge about the visit UAE Visa and global Visas.
Documentation and Logistics: Assist with travel documents, entry requirements, and vaccination recommendations. Coordinate reservations and communicate details to clients.
Budgeting and Cost Analysis: Help clients establish realistic travel budgets, provide cost-effective options, and compare prices.
Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide ongoing support before, during, and after the trip.
Working knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
Excellent knowledge of computer reservation computer programs
Strong sales and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ideal Profile
Bachelors degree in tourism, travel, hospitality, business or related field
2 years experience working as a travel Consultant
Proven experience as a travel consultant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of popular destinations, travel industry practices, and reservation systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in travel-related software and online booking platforms.
Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving abilities.
