We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of travel trends, excellent customer service skills, and a knack for creating memorable travel experiences for clients.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.

Itinerary Planning: Create customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

Booking Management: Handle all aspects of travel bookings and confirmations efficiently.

Travel Advice: Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance options.

Customer Service: Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the booking process or travel experience.

Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry developments.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in travel booking software and CRM systems.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Passion for travel and helping others explore the world.
