An Inbound Tour Operator in UAE is responsible for creating, organizing, and managing travel and tour packages for international clients visiting UAE. This role involves coordinating with various service providers, ensuring high-quality customer experiences, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tour Package Development:
• Design and develop customized travel itineraries and tour packages based on client preferences and interests.
• Research and stay updated on new tourist attractions, events, and experiences in Dubai.
• Client Management:
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on tour packages, pricing, and services.
• Handle inquiries, bookings, and reservations efficiently.
• Supplier Coordination:
• Liaise with hotels, transport companies, tour guides, and other service providers to secure the best deals and ensure high service standards.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers.
• Operational Management:
• Ensure all logistical arrangements for tours, including transportation, accommodation, and activities, are in place and run smoothly.
• Monitor and address any issues or changes in the tour schedule promptly.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the tours.
• Handle complaints and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Marketing and Sales:
• Promote tour packages through various channels, including social media, travel agencies, and online platforms.
• Participate in travel fairs and exhibitions to attract new clients and business partners.
• Financial Management:
• Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets for tours.
• Ensure timely payments and handle financial transactions related to tours.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all tours comply with local regulations and safety standards.
• Stay updated on travel advisories and health and safety guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Tourism Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
